Hey everyone - this is my first time using a live journal. I am a month away from seeing all my old friends from home and I NEED TO LOSE A MAJOR AMOUNT OF WEIGHT. I've always had a weight issue and now after two months of being in college I am desperate for any advice on how to lose the most weight possible in one month. I'm 150 lbs at 5'2'' (I'm huge) I've been looking at some of the comments on the 2468 diet and I'm really hoping that it works. I was wondering what would happen if I just didn't eat for a month straight and worked out like crazy (as I said I'm desperate). You all seem so supportive and understanding of how hard it is to feel so overweight. So, any advice on the fastest way to losing weight would mean SOOO much to me!

P.S - i'm not ruling out diet pills so if there are any that really work please do tell!

hey, it's my first time too.
i totally understand how you feel, being from the nation where people simply don't seem to get fat. ever.
if you didn't eat anything for a month you would probably die. you have to have some food every so often. i'm doing this thing where i eat up two things that are under 100 calories a day, sometimes i don't eat anything but there are some days when you have to, to stop yourself from bingeing, so it keeps my metabolism going as well, and i work out for about an hour and a half a day. i've lost 5 pounds in my first week, it doesn't seem much but apparently i'll start to lose more as the diet goes on.

this website has loads of things that are under 100 calories on it.
